Amazon and Alibaba – attacking the market from different platforms

News that Amazon will no longer sell Apple TV and Google Chromecast is a reflection of the online retailer’s move from shop to multi-platform tech giant. Similarly, Alibaba’s interest in online to offline selling and recent investment in products competing with Uber suggest there is more to come and e-commerce is simply not enough.

I joined the Arise World Business Report to discuss these developments and what we might expect in the coming months and years.
