On Monday 3 October 2016, I joined TRT World’s ‘The Newsmakers’ show to discuss the responsibilities Facebook are, or should be assuming given the editorial decisions that it is making around the world.

I was joined by Raja Abdulhaq, Co-founder and Editor of Quds – a Palestinian news site – who recently had his account suspended by Facebook, and Sarah Roberts, an Assistant Professor at in the Department for Information Studies at the University of California.
